Fall Grant Applications Now Available!

In an effort to make it as easy as possible for teachers and staff to share your grant ideas, we have an all new grant application process!

First, tell us your idea! Share a brief narrative, record a video, or share a presentation. Whatever is easiest for you! Our Grants Committee will then evaluate all of the ideas. Those that are invited to move on to Innovation Grant Application will then be asked to provide some additional project details.

New Teachers Awarded Grants

As we get ready to kick off another school year, The Partnership Plan was proud to connect with over 50 new teachers in Stillwater Schools. We were exciting to present $300 grants to nine of those teachers who are new to teaching! Check out this years winners!

What we do

As a local nonprofit whose only client is Stillwater Area Public Schools, we provide grants to teachers, fund Big Picture district-wide grants, and sponsor events and recognition.

We provide classroom grants to teachers, big picture grants to support the strategic goals of the District, and Big Impact grants to support the arts and technology.

Da Vinci Fest is an arts and science fair for students that is also a free community event celebrating art and science. The Partnership Party is our annual gala.

Once a year we honor eight teachers and staff as representatives of the superb people who teach our children. And we co-sponsor Distinguished Alumni awards.

Our Impact

Over the years of our existence, we have impacted education for the students of the St. Croix Valley in ways big and small.

Million Dollars granted

Our generous donors have helped us contribute more than $6 million in grants in Stillwater Area Public Schools over the course of our history.

Years Serving students

We were formed in 1989 to help provide the educational extras that were beyond the reach of the District to provide.

Thousand children Impacted

At least 18,000 students have gone through our schools during our existence, and all of them have been touched by The Partnership Plan...multiple times.

"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
