The Partnership Plan is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that connects the community and its resources to support exceptional learning experiences for the students of Stillwater Area Public Schools. As a member of our board, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of education while impacting today’s students. The Partnership Plan’s Board of Directors is made up of teachers, administrators, community members and a liaison from the District 834 School Board. The board meets monthly, except for July and December.

Committees

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE   

Provides leadership for the Board in areas of planning & development; recruits new Board members, supervises and evaluates the Executive Director and serves as a liaison to the community.

FINANCE COMMITTEE 

Develops annual budget recommendations and fundraising plan, monitors monthly accounting reports, recommends policy, develops and maintains procedures for gift acceptance.

DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 

Identifies, cultivates and solicits donors to The Partnership Plan, develops and implements strategies for annual and long-term giving, and oversees all events such as DaVinci Fest and The Partnership Party.

GRANTS COMMITTEE 

Develops guidelines for the distribution of classroom grants, district-wide grants, and our Big Idea grants.
