The Partnership Plan Names Heidi Louise as New Executive Director

Stillwater, MN —  May 8, 2026

We are excited to share that Heidi Louise has been named the next Executive Director of The Partnership Plan.

Heidi brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, communications, and operations, with a career centered on expanding access to meaningful learning opportunities. Her work with organizations including Dodge Nature Center and Preschool, the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, and the University of Minnesota Libraries reflects both a professional expertise and deep personal belief in the power of curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning.

She also brings a strong understanding of The Partnership Plan’s mission and impact through her service on the Board of Directors over the past two years, including leadership roles on the Executive, Finance & Development, and Strategic Planning Committees.

“The Partnership Plan sits in a unique and important space – connecting community support with real needs in our Stillwater Area Public Schools,” Heidi shared. “I’m excited to help build what’s next, and to continue supporting opportunities for students to explore, discover, and experience learning in meaningful ways."

The work ahead isn’t just about growth. It’s about strengthening connections, aligning resources, and making it easier for great ideas in our schools to take shape and thrive – while staying rooted in the sense of possibility that makes learning come alive in the first place.

Heidi will begin in the role on June 8, 2026, with a brief transition alongside outgoing Executive Director Rick Robbins.
